Terms of Service

By booking with TOTLY, you agree to these terms. TOTLY ("we," "us") rents reusable moving totes to customers ("you") for delivery and pickup within our service area.

A 25% deposit is charged when you book. The remaining 75% is charged automatically to the same payment method on your delivery date. If you selected extended rental, the $1-per-tote-per-day fee for days beyond the included 7 is included in that total.

If the remainder charge fails, we'll attempt it again closer to your delivery window. If it still fails, your booking will be cancelled and we will not deliver your totes. Your deposit is non-refundable in this case.

You can cancel any booking before delivery from our Find Your Booking page. The 25% deposit is non-refundable once paid, and no remainder balance will be charged on a cancelled order.

We deliver and pick up within our published service area and only to addresses we confirm as serviceable at booking. You choose a delivery date and a 2-hour delivery window; we'll do our best to arrive within that window but delays can happen.

Please don't pack hazardous or flammable materials, perishables or liquids, live plants, or irreplaceable valuables and important documents in a tote — keep those with you instead.

A $25 replacement fee applies per tote that is lost or damaged beyond normal wear during your rental period. This amount may be charged to the payment method on file.

TOTLY provides tote rental and delivery/pickup logistics only. We are not responsible for the condition of items you pack into our totes, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our service.

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll post the updated version here with a new "last updated" date.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
