What areas do you deliver to?
Delivery and pickup are included for McKinney, Allen, and Melissa, Texas.
How big is a tote, and how much does it hold?
Each tote holds 27 gallons (102 liters) and measures 30.4" L x 20.4" W x 14.7" H. They're made of heavy-duty, bpa-free plastic with a snap-fit lid, with padlock holes for extra security.
How much does it cost?
Pricing depends on how many totes you need, from $55 for a Dorm package (10 totes) up to $299 for a 4 Bedroom package (100 totes). Every package includes delivery and pickup.
How does payment work?
You pay a 25% deposit when you book. The remaining 75% is charged automatically to the same card on your delivery date, so there's nothing to remember on move day.
How long do I get to keep the totes?
Every package includes 7 days by default. Need more time? Check "I need TOTLYs for longer" on the booking form — extra days are $1 per tote per day, and the fee is calculated automatically before you check out.
What if I need to cancel?
You can cancel anytime before delivery from the Find Your Booking page. The 25% deposit is non-refundable, and no remainder is charged.
How do I check on my booking or cancel it?
Head to the Find Your Booking page and enter your order ID and the email you booked with.
Are the totes cleaned between rentals?
Yes. We build cleaning and turnaround time into our schedule between every rental.
What if the totes I want aren't available for my dates?
Our booking system checks real-time availability. If your dates are full, try a nearby date or a smaller package, or join the waitlist right from the booking form and we'll email you the moment totes open up.
What shouldn't I pack in a tote?
Pack away, that's what they're for! The only things to leave out are hazardous or flammable materials, or anything (like dyes or corrosive chemicals) that could damage the tote itself.
What if a tote is lost or damaged during my rental?
We charge a $25 replacement fee per tote for any tote that's lost or damaged beyond normal wear during your rental period.
