When you book a rental, join our waitlist, or contact us, we collect the information you provide directly: your name, email address, phone number, delivery and pickup addresses, and details about your booking (package, dates, and delivery window).

We do not collect or store your full card number. Payments are processed by Stripe, which handles your payment details directly under its own privacy and security practices.

We use your information to:

• Create, confirm, and fulfill your booking, including delivery and pickup
• Charge the deposit and remainder balance for your order
• Send booking confirmations, reminders, and updates about your order
• Notify you if you're on our waitlist and totes become available
• Respond to questions or requests you send us

We share information with trusted service providers who help us operate our website, process payments, and send you emails about your booking. We don't sell your information, and we don't share it with anyone else for marketing purposes.

Our site does not currently use advertising or tracking cookies. If that changes, we'll update this policy.

We keep order records for as long as needed for accounting, tax, and customer service purposes. If you'd like your information removed sooner, contact us and we'll do so unless we're required to keep it.

You can ask us what information we have about you, request corrections, or ask us to delete it, by emailing hello@gettotly.com.

We take reasonable steps to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security.

TOTLY is not directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

We may update this policy from time to time. We'll post the updated version here with a new "last updated" date.
